Q: Can I rent the wall in your showroom to show my work?
A:  Yes, we do rent out certain walls to artists upon our approval of the artwork.  Please call for more details.

Q:  Is your showroom available for events?
A:  Yes.  Click here for more details.

Q:  I can hold my event at another venue for much cheaper or free. Why do I have to pay for it?
A:  We have a premium space to offer which is priced comparably to sites like ours in the area. 

Q:  Can I rent a work studio at your location?

Q:  I don’t want to pay to show my work in your space. Why do I have to pay for it?
A:  We offer a premium location.  The showroom is open staffed 6 days a week.  We do show our member’s artwork at no cost but this is in no way guaranteed as part of our artists membership.

Q:  What makes ArtworkNetwork.com different than other online galleries?
A:  We bridge the gap between an online transaction and a personal interaction.  We have a brick and mortar gallery and don’t have an online shopping cart, but prefer that interested buyers contact us directly.  We also have sales representatives consulting in person with clients seeking artwork.

Q:  How do I purchase art from the website?
A:  Contact Artwork Network at 800-668-9522 or contact the artist directly or through the information on their contact page.

Q:  Is ordering online safe?
A:  We now take all of our orders over the phone, by fax, or in person.  Every precaution is taken in order to keep your information safe.

Q:  What forms of payment are accepted?
A:  We accept cash, check, or visa, mastercard or american express credit card. You can also purchase work on  layaway through a payment plan.

Q:  Do I have to pay for shipping?
A:  Yes.  Each piece of artwork is safely packaged, then weighed at the post office to determine your shipping options.

Q:  Do you ship internationally?
A:  Yes.  The cost to ship internationally is higher than shipping domestically, but we are willing to ship artwork to anywhere in the world.

Q:  What precautions are taken to ship artwork?
A:  All artwork is shipped using a professional pack and ship company.

Q:  What should I do if I receive a damaged piece of art?
A:  It depends on the situation.  Often times any damage will be covered by the shipping insurance.  We make every effort to resolve any damage situation in a timely manner.

Q:  What if I don’t like the piece of art when I receive it?
A:  We have a 7 day return policy. You will be responsible for return shipping costs including insurance.  Please save the packaging, so it may be packed to the same careful standard as was shipped to you.
