Please review these guidelines before submitting your proposal!

Timeline

Proposals must be submitted at least six months prior to the intended opening date.  Exhibitions typically run for one month installments.  Artwork Network reserves the right to take down a show at their discretion, mainly due to private events and/or scheduling conflicts.  If your exhibit is tied to a special event to be held at AN, please make that known in your application.

Applications are accepted on a rolling basis; however, they are not always reviewed as they come in.  Please do not contact AN to confirm if you are accepted.  AN will contact the artist after the review process.

Selection Criteria

1. Originality of content
     Does this show present an
     idea/theme that we haven't
     seen before?  Has it already
been exhibited in Denver or the
     greater Denver area?
2. Quality and technique of art
     Is this artwork developed
     enough to create depth and
     interest?
3. Quality of concept
     Is this show different from
other shows, does it express a
     unique point of view?
4. Ability to pre-sell work
     Is the artist willing to
     collaborate on marketing and
pre-selling their work to have a
     successful show?
5. Opportunities for collaborating with external events and organizations
Does this show provide AN with
     new connections and clients?

 Rejections or Revisions

Incomplete proposals will not be accepted.  If you do not understand any part of the application, please do not hesitate to ask questions.  Choosing to exhibit at AN is not something to be taken lightly.  We want your show to succeed and our selection criteria reflects AN’s need to present unique and thoughtful shows to our clientele.

If your proposed show is not accepted, it may qualify for a Business Art Rotation.  You will be notified of this decision.  We may also decide to recommend and/or modify any exhibit proposal in order to meet our requirements.
