art leasing
Art leasing provides a way for you to hang work on a temporary basis in your private home or office. You may try it before you buy it or switch out work for a fresh look. Unlike our art rotation program, leasing is for private spaces and the art is not offered for sale to the public.|
pricing • Leasing costs are 15% of the retail price of the piece of art. (For instance: If you are leasing a piece of artwork with a retail price of $1800, the cost to lease it for 90 days would be $270 for 90 days, $540 for 180 days.) • Lease to own- if you decide to purchase the piece, 50% of your total leasing price will go towards your purchase. (For instance: If you leased a piece for $270 for 90 days, $135 would go toward your purchase. If you leased it for 2 periods and spent $540 in leasing costs, $270 would go toward your purchase.) • Installation and delivery/pick up are priced separately based on distance from our showroom and quantity of work leased. includes: 90 day lease requirements: • Leasee accepts liability for the pieces of art while in your possession.
